Granulation Line LDG-3000 (DUO) | 48 kW, up to 800 kg/h

The LDG-3000 DUO line is a new development by TechnoMaszBud. Thanks to demanding customers and our engineers, we have managed to create a line that is no less reliable than the LDG-3000 Kombi but offers twice the efficiency. 

This success lies in combining two reliable PRIME-300 pellet mills into one sub-assembly. Similarly, PS-200 screw conveyors have been combined. This line is designed for producing pellets and granules ranging from 2 to 8 mm in size from various raw materials: sawdust, wood chips, wood dust, straw, grain residues, sunflower husks, and others. It is also possible to produce animal feed. 

The main advantage of this combination is that the line can operate continuously during servicing or in the event of unforeseen breakdowns, as servicing or repairs can be performed on one pellet mill while the other continues to work.

The LDG-3000 DUO Line includes:

1. PS-200 DUO Screw Conveyor:

The conveyor is designed to collect raw materials and evenly deliver biomass to the pellet mill. This unit features adjustable feeding speed via a frequency converter. Power consumption: 1.5 kW.

2. Moistening System:

Used to ensure the appropriate moisture level of the raw material. The system includes components such as a valve, pump, 100-liter water tank, and nozzle. Moistening the raw material with the required measured moisture amount is performed by connecting the system to a stand above the working area. Power consumption: 0.37 kW.

3. Reliable PRIME-300 Pellet Mills:

Two universal PRIME-300 mills process various types of raw materials with actual outputs of up to 800 kg/h for sawdust pellets and up to 1400 kg/h for feed granules.

4. KC-200 Pellet Cooler-Calibrator:

Hot pellets exiting the mill are delivered to the drum calibrating screen. During the drum's rotation, the pellets spread into a thin layer across the surface. At the same time, a stream of air generated by the fan cools the pellets, reducing their moisture content, while fine particles and dust are directed through the cyclones into bags. Power consumption: 0.12 kW.

5. SO-4 Enclosed Dust Extraction System:

The enclosed system extracts excess dust and raw materials from the cooling and sorting system, storing them in bags while filtering the air using two upper filtration bags. The system's heart is a high-performance fan that generates the necessary pressure to extract small particles and dust.

6. Control Cabinet (Control Panel):

The control cabinet includes remote automation systems and mechanisms. Its compact dimensions and built-in cooling system make the control panel reliable and convenient for installation near the production line.

Note: The conveyor belt and cables for connecting the line are not included in the set!

Actual output of the LDG-3000 DUO Pellet Line depending on raw materials:

- Wood waste - up to 800  kg/h;

- Straw - up to 700  kg/h;

- Feed - up to 1400 kg/h;

- Sunflower husks - up to 800  kg/h;

Achieving the desired output depends significantly on meeting the raw material requirements. 

The granulation line can be used as a standalone production unit or equipped with additional equipment to make pellet and feed production more efficient and automated.

The LDG-3000 DUO Pellet Line can be additionally equipped with the following:

- PK-2 Calibrator Conveyor: for feeding and calibrating raw materials;

- PT-250 Belt Conveyor: for feeding and cooling raw materials;

- PT-500 Belt Conveyor: for feeding and cooling raw materials;

- RD-500 Grinder: for grinding raw materials (straw, hay, wood chips, etc.) to the desired fraction;

- KPS-400 Calibrator Feeder: for calibrating and evenly feeding raw materials;

- SA-600 Aerodynamic Dryer with Calibrator: for drying and calibrating raw materials.
