Screw oil press line SojaPress-500 for soybean extrusion and oil pressing is a complete technological line designed for the comprehensive processing of soybean seeds. The installation enables cleaning, calibration, dehulling, extrusion, oil pressing, and filtration of the finished product, ensuring high quality soybean oil and soybean meal. The line capacity is up to 500 kg of raw material per hour, which makes it ideal for farms and plants engaged in the processing of oilseeds.

All devices have been selected to create a coherent and fully automated technological process line. The use of modern feeders, a dust extraction system, and control systems makes it possible to reduce raw material losses, increase production efficiency, and obtain high quality finished products.

How does the SojaPress-500 line work?

The process begins with the transport of seeds using the PE-76 flexible conveyor, which feeds the material to the KZ-500 calibrator. At this stage, impurities and heavy admixtures are removed, and an appropriately selected screen makes it possible to obtain homogeneous material for further processing.

Next, the soybeans go to the OS-500M huller, where the husk is separated from the kernel. The cleaned kernel is transported to the EGK-500 extruder, where it undergoes thermal treatment by the extrusion method. This process increases the feed value of the meal and prepares the material for efficient oil pressing.

Using the PS-1 screw feeder, the extruded soybeans are directed to the WTT-500 screw press, where the oil is separated from the oil cake. The oil cake is transported by the PT-Z belt conveyor equipped with twelve cooling fans, making it ready for storage or packaging.

Crude oil goes to a 40 L settling tank equipped with a level sensor, and is then cleaned using the FPR-16 frame-and-plate filter. After filtration, high quality soybean oil is obtained, ready for further use or sale.
