Line for granulated feed LDG-3000

The complete line LDG-3000 is designed for the production of pelleted feed/feed pellets for animals.

The LDG-3000 pelleted feed production line can be used to maintain your own farm or as equipment for running a separate business in the field of

pelleted feed production.

The main difference from the LDG-2000 line is that it is equipped with a reliable and more powerful PRIME-300 granulator with an engine power of 30

kW and a capacity of up to 700 kg of feed pellets per hour.

The LDG-3000 line includes:

1. Hammer mill KRAFT.

The hammer mill is used to grind cereals to the required fraction before the pelleting process. Power consumption 11 kW, grain efficiency -

up to 900 kg/h.

2. Feed mixer MP-2000.

The mixer is designed for mixing and easily moistening bulk ingredients in the production of feed mixtures. The capacity of this mixer is

2000 kg, electricity consumption is 3 kW.

3. PS-200 screw feeder.

The feeder is designed to collect raw materials and uniformly supply biomass to the granulator. This unit has a smooth adjustment of the

raw material supply speed using a frequency converter. Electricity consumption - 0.75 kW.

4. Granulator PRIME-300.

Thanks to an efficient 30 kW motor, two moving rollers and a gearbox, this machine can achieve a production capacity of up to 700 kg/h in

the production of feed pellets.

5. Humidification system.

Used to provide the necessary moisture content of raw materials. The main elements of the system are: valve, pump, water tank for 100

liters and nozzle. It is connected to a stand above the work area, allowing the required, measured amount of moisture to be added during

granulation. Power consumption - 0.37 kW.

6. Closed SO-2 extraction system.

This device, using a fan, circulates the air necessary to cool the granules and collect calibrated residues of raw materials and dust into a

container in the form of bags that are attached to it. Power - 1.5 kW.

7. Calibrator-cooler for pellet KC-200.

Hot granules leaving the granulator reach the sieve of the calibration drum. When the drum rotates, the granules are scattered in a thin

layer over the surface. At the same time, an air stream generated by the fan passes through the cooling chambers. It cools the granules,

reducing their moisture content, through the top side connector, while fine gravel and dust flow through the two bottom connectors

through a cyclone into the bags. Electricity consumption - 0.12 kW.

8. Conveyor belt PT-500 with fans.

The use of a belt conveyor can significantly reduce the cost of manual labor. After cooling, the products are ready to be loaded into big bags

or packed into plastic bags using a weighing packaging machine.

9. Control Panel.

Small dimensions and a built-in automation cooling system make the control panel reliable and convenient for installation near the

production line.

Cables for connecting the line are not included in the set.

To obtain the desired result, the most important thing is to comply with the required fraction and moisture level of the processed raw

materials.

The granulation line can be used as a separate production unit and can also have an additional equipment that will make the production of

pellets more automated.

The pellet production line LDG-3000 can be supplemented with the following components:

Weighing machine WP-600 - the main task is to fill loose and small products that do not stick together;

Weighing machine WP-600+ - the main task is to fill loose and small products that do not stick together;

Impulse Bag Sealer ZW-500 - the main task is to seal bags made of polyethylene, polypropylene foil, laminated paper and other plastic bags;

Conveyor belt PT-1000 - the main task is to feed and cool the raw material;

Pellet cooling and packing line LCP-600  - the main task is to feed, cool and pack the finished granules.
