The complete LDG-3000 Line is intended for the production of animal compound feed pellets/granulated feed.

The main difference compared to the LDG-3000 KOMBI line is that it is equipped with a reliable pelletizer/granulator PRIME-300 with a 30 kW motor and capacity up to 700 kg of feed pellets per hour.

The LDG-3000 pelleted feed production line can be used to support your own farm or as equipment for running a separate business in the pelleted feed production industry.

The LDG-3000 pelleted feed production line set includes:  

• Hammer mill/Crusher KRAFT-11:

The hammer mill is designed for preliminary grain crushing to the required fraction before the pelletizing process. Power consumption 11 kW, capacity on grains – up to 900 kg/h

• Feed mixer MP-2000:

The mixer is intended for mixing and light moistening of loose components in feed production. Capacity of such a mixer is 2000 kg, power consumption 3 kW.

• Screw feeder PS-200:

The feeder is designed to collect raw material and evenly supply biomass to the pelletizer. This unit has smooth adjustment of raw material feed speed via a frequency converter. Power consumption 0.75 kW.

• Reliable pelletizer PRIME-300:

Thanks to the efficient 30 kW motor built into the PRIME-300 and the granulator being equipped with two moving rollers and a gearbox, this machine allows you to achieve up to 700 kg/h output when producing feed pellets.

• Moistening system:

Used to ensure the proper moisture content of the raw material. The system consists of: valve, pump, 100-liter water tank, and nozzle. Raw material is moistened with the required, measured amount of water while pelletizing by connecting the system to a rack above the working area. Power consumption 0.37 kW.

• Closed suction system SO-2:

The closed suction system removes excess dust and raw material from the pellet cooling and sorting system and collects them in bags, as well as filtering the air from dust using two top filter bags. The heart of the system is an efficient fan that creates the necessary pressure in the system to extract small particles and dust.

• Calibrator – cooler for granules/pellets KC-200:

Hot pellets coming out of the granulator land on the drum calibration screen. As the drum rotates, the pellets are spread in a thin layer on the surface. At the same time, a stream of air created by the fan passes through the cooling chambers. It cools the pellets, reducing their moisture, through the upper side outlet, while fine gravel and dust go through the two lower outlets via the cyclone to bags. Power consumption 0.12 kW.

• Belt conveyor PT-500 with fans:

The use of the belt conveyor significantly reduces labor costs. Products after cooling are ready to be loaded into big bags or packed into plastic bags using the weighing/packing machine.

• Control cabinet (control panel):

The control cabinet for electrical equipment includes electrical devices for remote automatic control of the mechanisms and drives of the complex, installed in the control cabinet. Small dimensions and the built-in automation cooling system make the control panel reliable and convenient to install near the production line.

Cables for connecting the line are not included in the basic set!

To obtain the desired results, the most important thing is to meet the requirements of fraction and moisture level of the processed raw materials! 

The granulation line can be used as a separate production unit, and can also be equipped with additional equipment to make pellet and compound feed production more automated.

 The LDG-3000 pelleted feed/granulated feed production lines can be complemented with the following units:

WEIGHING/PACKING MACHINE WP-600 main task: filling loose and fine products that DO NOT stick together;

WEIGHING/PACKING MACHINE WP-600+ main task: filling loose and fine products that DO NOT stick together;

BAG SEALER ZW-500 main task: sealing polyethylene, polypropylene film, laminated paper, and other plastic bags;

BELT CONVEYOR PT-1000, main task: supply and cool the raw material;

PELLET COOLING AND PACKING LINE LCP-600  main task: supply, cool and pack the finished granules/feed;
