The PRIME-300 Diesel pellet mill / granulator is the diesel-powered version of the reliable and efficient PRIME-300 model. It was designed for granulating animal feed and fuel pellets.

This high-quality machine is equipped with a 30 HP Diesel engine and two moving rollers Ø 148 mm that ensure high efficiency when granulating various raw materials.

The design ensures reliability, high power even under load, and convenient operation and maintenance.

PRIME-300 Diesel biomass granulator fitted with a 300 mm die allows efficient processing of many types of biomass: sawdust from hardwoods and softwoods, straw, hay, herbs, sunflower husks, grain waste, as well as various feed mixes and selected plastics (e.g., PVC, PP). The use of moving rollers also enables granulation of more demanding, hard raw materials, making the PRIME-300 Diesel granulator a versatile and highly robust machine for producing pellets and feed.

Additionally, thanks to the diesel engine it is mobile and independent of electric power.

The PRIME-300 Diesel granulator is a well-thought-out technical solution for farms, animal husbandry, sawmills and wood-processing plants, and small and medium-sized companies in the biofuels sector. The significant throughput and powerful drive of the PRIME-300 Diesel pellet production machine make it ideal for professional pellet production from biomass and for forming pelleted feeds.

Additionally, you can purchase a complete set of safety guards for the granulator. Another important feature of this granulator is the option to install rollers with an automatic lubrication system without stopping the granulator.
